Tapsalteerie currently publishes pamphlets in two formats. Our main pamphlets are 32-pages long, which leaves approximately 27 pages for poetry. We also publish short-run micro-pamphlets, which can be anything from 8-16 pages. This format suits a longer single poem or a series of shorter poems on a particular theme.
The submissions window is currently open until Friday 8th March.
Guidelines:
- Email between three and five poems.
- For micro-pamphlet consideration – send a few short ones on a particular theme.
- Send your poems as a .doc, .docx or .txt file.
- Include your name, a little background about yourself and where (or if!) you’ve had poems published before.
Submissions are also encouraged for the Biggin Brigs series of pamphlets, which feature poetry in Scots, Gaelic and English. If you’re involved in a project that works across these three languages then get in touch.
