Supported by Creative Scotland, the Scottish Book Trust offers professional writers living in Scotland the opportunity to apply for the Robert Louis Stevenson Fellowship 2019. There are four fellowships available, allowing writers to enjoy a month-long residency at the Hôtel Chevillon International Arts Centre at Grez-sur-Loing in France during the months of June, July, August or November.
Each writer receives a month’s accommodation in a self-catering studio apartment and a stipend of £1,200. Travel costs to and from France will also be paid for.
The Fellowship gives writers the time to concentrate on and develop their work and spend time with other artists while living and working in a peaceful and inspiring environment.
